Last fall, Circle of Friends partnered with elementary schools and community centers across the country to provide gifts to underprivileged children and personal care items to families in need.
Two of the schools that received Circle of Friends products for their programs are in Pennsylvania : Fishing Creek Elementary ( http://www.wssd.k12.pa.us/FC/FC.home.html ) and Red Mill Elementary ( http://www.wssd.k12.pa.us/RM/RM.home.html ). Fishing Creek Elementary hosted an angel tree in cooperation with a local donut shop in the community. Gifts were placed under the tree at the donut shop for parents to pick up before the holidays. Fishing Creek was able to provide gifts for 22 children in their community this year!
Red Mill Elementary had a similar program, which touched over 30 children in their community from 13 families. In addition to Circle of Friends products, families also received Christmas trees, jackets, turkeys, pajamas, and toys. Due to the donation of Susie's Root Beer Roundup Shampoo, the donation room smelled like root beer for days!
Circle of Friends commends all of the elementary schools and community organizations that worked hard to make the holidays brighter for children and families in need.
