COF goes to Mulago Hospital, Uganda! (Continued)

In January, we shared how a group of pediatricians from New York was going to travel to Uganda to work at the Mulago Hospital and in a teen center in Kampala. Their mission: to teach the next generation of Ugandans maintain good personal health and a better living environment.
These volunteer pediatricians have developed a curriculum to teach the children the importance of hygiene in order to maintain good health. The doctors distributed starter kits with an assortment of products to help the children practice the methods learned in the workshops. Circle of Friends lent a hand by donating 800 pieces of shampoo, lotion and soap to this meaningful project.
Below are pictures we received from the trip!!
