Each year Children's Institute, Inc. touches the lives of more than 10,000 children and families in Southern California whose lives have been affected by violence. COF was proud to support CII at their recent Polo in the Park fundraiser.

Children's Institute, Inc. believes that lives of traumatized children can be turned around through positive, effective intervention. They have trained more than 60,000 professionals to serve children and families through many of the programs they offer.

Treatment Programs - for children who have been abused, neglected or exposed to community violence.

Prevention Programs - to ensure children grow up in a safe, stable environment, and to improve the home and community environment.

Early Childhood Programs - to reach children in their earliest years in order to have the most positive impact on their future development.

Community Services - to strenghten the safety net of community resources available to traumatized children and their families.
